Mediaset uses virtual production to record the promo for 'Got Talent: All-Stars'

Por primera vez para una promo de cadena en España, Mediaset utiliza la tecnología de producción virtual enclavada en el plató Cinelux-Snake, que combina pantallas LEDs de altísima resolución, para integrar de forma hiperrealista los elementos físicos y fondos virtuales en la promo de ‘Got Talent: All-Stars’.

Enclaves míticos de Japón, Egipto, Alemania, Italia, Brasil, Estados Unidos, China, India, Italia, Francia y Reino Unido son los lugares a los que han “viajado” Santi Milán, Edurne, Paula Echevarría y Risto Mejide para encontrar el talento que podrá verse en Got Talent: All-Stars, in the self-promotion of the program recently released on the Mediaset España channels.

This global journey of the program's presenter and jury has been possible thanks to the VFX technology of the Cinelux-Snake set, a state-of-the-art virtual production system based on a combination of LED elements with maximum image and color resolution.

With a 100 m² semicircular screen (20 meters long by 5 meters high), a 44 m² rectangular ceiling panel (11 meters long by 4 meters wide) and additional lighting elements on the sides, this system generates high-resolution virtual backgrounds that allow the physical set of actors and props to be integrated, illuminating it with ambient light and reflections of real colors of the image, generating a completely organic and cohesive scene.

In this way, Santi Millán and the jury of Got Talent: All-Stars They were able to 'go around the world' in a single morning of filming, illuminated by the ceiling panel in the same way that it illuminates the sky outside each scene and incorporated naturally into the virtual backgrounds provided by the system's large semicircular screen.
