À Punt (CVMC) bet on the Aviwest backpacks from the hand of TSA
Telefónica Audiovisual Services (TSA) has been the company awarded for the supply of 8 backpacks and two receivers Aviwest to At Punt (CVMC).
The Valencian Media Corporation (CVMC) has recently seen an increase in the number of live broadcasts in the different editions of news programs. This trend, added to the improvement of 5G technology throughout the Valencian territorial area, has led the entity to create a bidding for the supply of new units to satisfy the growing needs of À Punt and the rest of the public entity's media.
TSA, winner of this contract, has been in charge of supply, install and integrate of video decoder units StreamHub the Aviwest (Haivision). This equipment, together with the equipment that CVMC already had, will allow the broadcaster to process up to 12 IP signals for external broadcasts in SDI. The tender also includes the acquisition of eight backpacks from the same manufacturer, prepared to make live shows taking advantage of the mobile network available in each case, be it 3G, 4G or 5G. The supply, beyond the backpacks, includes a V-mounting plate for fixing the unit, compartments to house wiring and power supplies, the corresponding batteries and rain covers.
All equipment has been supplied with four years warranty and maintenance, including the updates necessary for the correct functioning of the system during this time.
