The Movistar Plus+ Board is expanded with Verónica Pascual, Rosauro Varo and Iván Bohórquez

El órgano de gobierno de Movistar Plus+ suma a tres profesionales con una amplia experiencia (Verónica Pascual, Rosauro Varo e Iván Bohórquez) para “anticiparse a un sector de enormes exigencias” que precisa de “organizaciones de alto rendimiento para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes”.

Verónica Pascual She has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the College des Ingenieurs de Paris and an Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Strategy (EXMPLS) from the IE Business School. Likewise, he has various postgraduate studies at INSEAD, Stanford, and Harvard Business School. She is an entrepreneur who has led a Group of companies linked to digital transformation for 18 years headed by ASTI Mobile Robotics Group. He currently leads his family office, ALBP Corp, one of whose main objectives is investment in technology-based projects. Likewise, she chairs the ASTI Technology and Talent Foundation and is a director of the GAM company. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Telefónica since 2019 and belongs to the Advisory Board of Telefónica Tech.

On the other hand, Rosauro Varo, president of GAT inversions, began his business career more than 25 years ago, carrying out different entrepreneurial projects. Since 2004, it has developed its business initiatives through GAT, covering sectors such as tourism, real estate, telecommunications and technology, always focusing on the development of innovation and research. After turning PepePhone, where he was vice president, into the largest virtual mobile operator in Spain, he has been a member of various boards of directors, including El León of El Español Publicaciones S. A. He is currently also a director and vice president of Grupo Prisa. In May 2021 he joined the Board of Acciona Energía and is a member of the board of directors of the Círculo de Empresarios del Sur de España (Cesur). In addition, he is a member of the Advisory Board of Telefónica Spain.

Finally, Ivan Bohorquez, licenciado en Business Administration & Marketing por la CIS University, the College for International Studies. Con una trayectoria empresarial de más de 25 años y una clara apuesta por las megatendencias que vertebran la transición hacia una economía verde, en 2013 fundó Smartener, compañía especializada en energías renovables. La compañía, de la que Bohórquez es vicepresidente, pone el foco en el desarrollo y explotación de parques eólicos y centrales hidroeléctricas y tiene una visión internacional, con proyectos en España, Perú, México y Uruguay. Además, a través del holding “Cortijo de la Peñuela”, que participa en nueve sociedades dedicadas en el sector agrícola y ganadero, está abordando la transformación digital de sus procesos con una estrategia “agrotech” fundamentada en tecnologías como el Big Data, la Inteliencia Artificial o Internet de las Cosas (IoT). En el sector del Real Estate gestiona activos inmobiliarios de más de 30.000 metros cuadrados de retail y oficinas, y es socio de referencia del Grupo GS, promotora inmobiliaria con más de mil viviendas en ejecución. Ha sido miembro de diversos consejos, como el de Rendelsur hasta su integración en Coca Cola Europacific partners.
