BTESA and SUMISION present the 5G Broadcast keys

Next June 29 in Madrid, BTESA will announce the versatility of the 5G applied to Broadcast broadcasts. Will do it with multiple of real demonstrations of contribution and dissemination of signals by the hand of Sumavision.

The event, which will take place at the headquarters of BTESA, located in the Leganés Technological Park from Madrid, it will be structured around Three big blocks: Teams for 5G contribution of sumvision, Broadcast 5G and 5G private networks. After addressing all of them in detail, the day will continue with practical demonstrations with real equipment for contribution and dissemination solutions of audiovisual contends on 5G networks. These tests will be accompanied by necessary measurements To check the behavior of the network in these applications, including mobility reception or channel bonding, among other variables.

5G selection of Sumision equipment includes solutions such as backpack SP10, capable of offering a 4K or four HD input; Compatible with hevc and AVC encoder, and compatible with 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi and LAN networks. Another key team is the SP03, which shares all the characteristics of the SP10 except its compatibility with AVC, or the SP20, a portable encoder prepared to retransmit an 8K or four 4K signals that is again compatible with 5G and 4G environments, and offer a latency of less than 120 ms.
