The television academy announces the Nominees to the Iris 2023 awards
The Television Academy and Audiovisual Sciences and Arts He has announced on Monday the professionals and finalist programs to the Iris 2023 awards among the more than 622 candidates presented by televisions, platforms, producers and members of the Academy, 200 more than in the last edition.
The winners will be voted by academics among all the nominees, in secret and before a notary, and will be known during the ceremony of delivery of the awards that It will be held on November 21, World Television Day.
In the coming weeks, together with the awards that academics vote before a notary, a jury of recognized professionals will choose the Iris jury awards between the different trades and professional television areas. In addition, an expert committee will reward the most valued professionals and programs of the season with the Iris Prize of the Specialized Press.
The Council of the Academy, composed of representatives of the Board of Directors, television chains, platforms and rights management entities, will be responsible for choosing the Autonomous Iris awards. It will also be the Council of the Institution that granted, one more year, the Jesus Hermida 2023 Award, in recognition of a professional career linked to the television environment.
