Musicals reach prime time on Telecinco with 'The musical of your life'

Globomedia (The Mediapro Studio) produces together with Mediaset Spain 'The musical of your life', adaptation of the Belgian format 'The Musical of your Life' whose recordings have already begun.

The musical of your life It is a new space designed for prime time of Telecinco that combines the talk show and the musical genre “in the purest Broadway style.” In each installment, the famous protagonist will review his life in a in depth interview and you can relive moments memorable, crucial and even unexpected moments of your life experience through musical numbers produced, choreographed and performed by professionals with proven track records in the genre, providing an extraordinary experience for both the interviewee and the spectators. Miguel Bosé, Ana Obregón, Tamara Falcó and Paulina Rubio will be some of the protagonists who will sit next to Carlos Sobera on the set of the program.

In The musical of your life, the musical numbers will start from very popular and recognizable songs for the general public, themes that the program's artistic team will reinterpret with “great ingenuity and a lot of humor” around the great anecdotes from the lives of the guests, which will be transferred to the stage in musical format.

The musical of your life is the adaptation of 'The Musical of your Life', a Belgian format premiered with great success in this country in 2021 with a first season that reached a 36% audience. The program is currently preparing its third edition in Belgium, its first season in Germany and has been acquired for adaptation in more than ten territories, including the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
