Netflix - The Atomic Shelter - Vancouver Media - Alex Pina - Filming

Álex Pina and Esther Martínez Lobato are the creators of 'The Atomic Shelter', an original series of Netflix produced by Vancouver Media ('La casa de papel', 'Sky Rojo', 'Berlín') whose filming has already begun.

Vancouver Media, a fiction series producer founded at the end of 2016 by Alex Pina who has signed international hits such as Money Heist, The Pier, White Lines, Sky Rojo and more recently Berlin, has started filming The atomic shelter, original series de Netflix that will see the light in the near future. Created by himself Pina With Esther Martinez Lobato, this series of eight episodes will take viewers to a dystopian future with the directors' visual signature Jesús Colmenar, David Barrocal and José Manuel Cravioto.

The atomic shelter tells how a billionaire group takes refuge in a luxury bunker, the Kimera Underground Park, to see on screens how the world they knew “is collapsing on their heads.” Miren Ibargu's (Everyone lies), Joaquin Furriel (The kingdom), Natalia Verbeke (Ana Tramel. The game), Carlos Santos (the man of the thousand faces), Montse Guallar (I know who you are), Pau Simon, Alicia Falco (The good companies), Agustina Visio, y Alex Villazan (Alma), among other performers, will enjoy its small exclusive city with a basketball court, restaurant, Zen garden, cocktail bar, psychologist's couch, gym and spa. Everything will develop relatively normally until they will witness how in this “underground universe full of enigmas” the “pending accounts of two families crossed by a wound from the past” will explode.

With a visual design of Miguel Amoedo, who is unknown if he will serve as director of photography in some episodes of the series, The Atomic Shelter will have a script signed by Álex Pina, Esther Martínez Lobato, David Barrocal, David Oliva, Lorena G. Maldonado and Humberto Ortega.
