Røde presents the Interview Pro, a professional microphone aimed at wireless setups

The new Interview Pro microphone and the Phone Cage and Magnetic Mount accessories join the catalog of Red to offer professionals professional workflows from their smartphones.

He Interview Pro is a broadcast-quality handheld condenser microphone compatible with any Røde Series IV wireless system, including the compact Wireless PRO, Wireless ME, and Wireless GO II wireless systems. The system can be paired directly with the RØDECaster Pro II, RØDECaster Duo and Streamer X as an XLR microphone, making it ideal for podcasting, small presentations or streaming applications.

Røde's latest microphone uses digital transmission of 2,4 GHz Serie IV latest generation with encryption 128 bits, offers stable wireless audio with a range of up to 200 metros (line of sight) and is optimized to operate at close range. Featuring a professional-grade condenser capsule, the Interview Pro delivers detailed voice reproduction, while its omnidirectional polar pattern makes it flexible in microphone placement. Likewise, the system presents the technology GainAssist the Reds, which uses intelligent algorithms to automatically control microphone audio levels on the fly to ensure the signal sent to the receiver is balanced and minimize the risk of clipping.
