This is the synopsis complete of The Muertimers: "Gabi (Iratxe Emparan) arrives from France as an exchange student to a small town in the imaginary Murrieta Valley, in the north of Spain. She stays at the home of Nico Mortimer (Diego Montejo) and his parents, Marisa (Alexandra Jiménez) and Sebastián Mortimer (Víctor Clavijo), who run the town's funeral home, located next to the municipal cemetery. The two boys suffer bullying at school due to the peculiar trade of the Mortimer family, better known by the locals as “The Muértimers”. For this reason, they almost always take refuge in the cemetery, the only place where no one messes with them.”
"One day, Pol (Pepe Lorente), the tombstone carver, tells them one of the many paranormal stories hidden in the cemetery and they decide to investigate. The discovery of a bloody corpse and some stolen jewelry brings them back to reality. When they alert Nico's parents of the cruel murder, someone has cleaned the crime scene and fled with the loot, so no one believes them. From that moment on Gabi and Nico receive several death threats.
