EITB presents Guau: free audio platform focused on Basque

Wow (Our Audio) reaches the ecosystem of on-demand platforms to compile the entire audio universe of EITB and Basque audio productions and podcasts.

The latest digital bet of the Basque public radio and television aims to offer and disseminate content in a simple and attractive way, to “bring together and promote” the Basque audio ecosystem and ensure that the Basque reach all the spaces where new consumption takes place. To do this, Guau will have live radio, on-demand programs, current affairs clips, podcasts and video podcasts, audiobooks, special broadcasts and exclusive content, among other contents. All, with a focus on diversity of formats, genres, themes and forms of consumption.

Wow will bring together the six live EITB stations (Euskadi Irratia, Radio Euskadi, Radio Vitoria, Gaztea, EITB Music and Basque Songs) and more 100 on-demand radio programs. Furthermore, at this start, Guau already brings together more than 150 podcasts and 18 video podcasts, a catalog that will continue to grow as the weeks go by with original formats.

The new EITB audio platform, free upon registration, is available in guau.eus, downloading the application at Play Store y App Store (Android and iOS), and through chromecast. will soon be in Smart TV (by pressing the red button), and in a few months it will also reach the vehicles, connecting the mobile phone to the system screen.
