EITB begins filming its new fiction in Basque with K2000 (The Mediapro Studio)

Antonio Díaz Huerta (I'm alive, The Boarding School) directs the new series of EITB in Basque, a production of K2000 (The Mediapro Studio) whose filming has already begun.

This fiction, of eight chapters long and with a premiere scheduled for 2023, will be set in a surf school and will star Jon Plazaola, Nerea Mazo, Itziar Atienza, Jon Mendia and Nerea Garmendia, among others.

The name of the series has not yet been revealed, although EITB has shared the general lines of his argument: "Eba (Nerea Mazo) is 17 years old and lives in Mexico. However, when her mother dies, she has no choice but to move to a town on the coast of Euskadi to live with her father Mikel (Jon Plazaola). Mikel is a former surfing champion who runs a small school, a man whom Eba does not know and with whom she will be forced to understand no matter how different they are."

This new project is led by Antonio Diaz Huerta, director of series such as I'm alive (RTVE), girls night (Disney+), The Boarding School (Antena 3) and the documentary Gallo, among others.
