NDI Checker: Leader's new application for comprehensive monitoring of NDI signals

Leader develops NDI Checker, a new tool for troubleshooting and comprehensive monitoring of NDI signals capable of verifying any network topography.

Intended for broadcasters, production companies and device manufacturers who need a quick and easy way to check NDI transmissions, NDI Checker is a software application that runs in a browser on a standard Windows PC. Simply connect it to a signal network and NDI Checker can display a complete list of NDI signals in your deployment, giving clear access to all technical parameters of any individual signal, provide a trust monitor and create a event log.

On one screen, operators can instantly confirm the video format, bit rate and received frames. The event log can capture up to 100,000 events, display them on the monitor, and export them as a CSV file for further analysis.

The NDI Checker signal monitoring application will be presented at NAB 2025, on booth N331 in the North Hall. Also on display will be the results of the merger of the Leader and Phabrix development teams, which includes a major new family of video analysis and test signal generation instruments under the LeaderPhabrix brand. Visitors will be able to see and try equipment for testing, measuring and monitoring all types of signals: SDI, IP and hybrid, up to 4K resolution and higher.
