ASHISTE recognizes the career of Ana Cristóbal, head of broadcasting and continuity at Telemadrid
Ana Cristóbal, responsible for the emissions and continuity area of Telemadrid, has received one of the recognitions granted by the Association of Television Historians (ASHISTE) in recognition of his professional career in the television field, linked to the Madrid region for more than three decades.
The act of delivery of the seventh edition of these venues took place at the Cultural Coliseum of Villaviciosa de Odón (Madrid). The event, which brought together dozens of personalities from the audiovisual sector, pays tribute to different figures who have contributed significantly to the development and consolidation of television in Spain. Cristóbal's work in technical and organizational content management has been essential to guarantee quality and coherence in the broadcast of Telemadrid programming.
The Association of Television Historians (ASHISTE) was founded in 2004 by the journalist, producer and director Nacho Rodríguez Márquez, creator of emblematic programs such as 625 Lines, Very direct, Open Studio o Stadium Study. After his death in 2022, the presidency of the entity passed into the hands of Antonio Monzon.
The objective of the association is to preserve and disseminate knowledge about television in Spain through the publication of articles, the organization of talks and conferences, and the collection of graphic, audiovisual materials and personal testimonies that allow us to value the role of this means of communication in society.
