RTVE will open its new headquarters in A Coruña in 2028

The RNE Territorial Center and the TVE Information Unit (RTVE) in A Coruña will be located from January 2028 in the building owned by Correos that the Corporation will occupy for at least the next 15 years.

RTVE will transfer your options in To Coruña from the building The Terrace, which has served as headquarters for the last 40 years, to the Correos, located on Alcalde Manuel Casas Street, 1. The surface area to be occupied will be approximately 710 m2, on the first floor, and the part of the roof will also be used for the installation of technical equipment. The start of the work is scheduled in October 2026 and its duration will be approximately 1 year, so the forecast for the operation of all operations in the Post Office building will be January 2028.

The Corporation will adaptation works in the new headquarters, which will have three differentiated blocks: one writing area for 18 jobs, with 2 voiceover/editing booths, office for the Media Manager and meeting room; a control-locution area, with 3 pairs of these uses, one of which will have image capture, and one service area, with maintenance room, cabinets for ENG equipment, rest area, installation room, storage and toilets. The final space will have solutions already used and standardized by RTVE in other recently renovated Territorial Centers, both in terms of architectural finishing and facilities.
