United Illusions Studio (Hungary) opts for ROE Visual LED panels for virtual production

United Illusions Studio, the first virtual production studio accredited by ARRI in Central Europe, located in Hungary, choose Black Pearl BP2V2 LED panels from ROE Visual to equip your new studio.

Located just 20 minutes from central Budapest, United Illusions offers one of the largest virtual production studio complexes in Europe, purpose-built to meet the evolving needs of international filmmakers, producers and creatives. The study is part of the Visual Europe Group (VEG), a company with a solid track record in professional audiovisual and lighting solutions. With this project, VEG takes a giant leap into the future of cinema, bringing together cutting-edge visual technology, sustainable operations and international production standards under one roof.

The heart of the studio is its LED volume, built entirely with panels Black Pearl BP2V2 of ROE Visual. The volume features a 28 meter wide curved main wall, a tilting and height-adjustable LED ceiling and a 4 x 4 m movable wall, all designed to offer maximum flexibility. The curved wall measures 28m x 6m, is height adjustable and has a pixel count of 9856 x 2112; The LED ceiling measures 5.5m x 5.5m and is height adjustable, with a pixel count of 1936 x 1936, while the moving walls measure 4m x 4m, with a pixel count of 1408 x 1408. Basic studio setup is totally free and configurable, and can be expanded according to production needs.

In addition to ROE Visual's LED infrastructure, the studio has ARRI Alexa 35 cameras, ARRI Signature Zoom lenses, RedSpy 4.0 camera tracking Type and a complete ARRI lighting package with 48 SkyPanels y 10 Orbiters, all controlled through GrandMA3 (MA Lighting). These elements work in perfect harmony to create a synchronized virtual production workflow fully aligned with ARRI standards for color management, camera metadata and lighting integration.

The studio's achievements have been recognized with ARRI Stage accreditation, a distinction only a few facilities worldwide have achieved. To achieve this, United Illusions underwent a rigorous evaluation process and implemented extensive ARRI training for its operational team.
