Accedo will advance its Compose modular orchestration at IBC 2025

The global provider of video streaming software and services, I'm coming, will attend IBC 2025 to preview Compose, a modular orchestration layer coming to market next year that, powered by AI agents, is designed to help streaming providers transform their customers' experiences from static to continually adapting.

Taking advantage Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the power of Amazon Sagemaker Unified Studio y Amazon Bedrock, Accedo Compose will enable real-time experimentation and optimization across all viewer touchpoints, from playback and messaging to monetization and engagement strategies. Developed in collaboration with Merapar, experts in cloud-native data and video streaming, the solution will enable streaming teams to go beyond static feature deployment, activating modular AI “impact agents” that monitor behavior, test interventions, and autonomously evolve viewer touchpoints in pursuit of key business outcomes.

Instead of relying on manual configuration and isolated scans, Compose will coordinate adjustments in real time aligned with strategic objectives, whether reducing customer churn, stabilizing quality, or increasing customer lifetime value. For example, a churn risk agent can detect a decline in engagement and activate retention flows tailored to individual behavior. An agent of user experience You can adjust layout and messaging dynamically based on context, such as time of day or frustration cues. An agent of monetization You can show upsell offers precisely when users are most likely to convert. Each of these agents works independently, but can also collaborate in sequence, enabling compounding impact that traditional development cycles and static customization approaches struggle to match.
