The valley has moved to the industry during IBC 2025 its commitment to agentic AI with Dalia, a solution that seeks to simplify the “most complex” operations of multimedia environments through a simple user experience based on natural language models.

Dalia, which has been the great bet of Share for IBC 2025, is an intelligent layer integrated into Dalet Flex, Dalet Pyramid, Dalet InStream, Dalet Brio y Dalet Amberfin, which takes the form of virtual assistants that facilitate complex workflows in the ingestion, production, rights management, distribution and archiving. Stephen Garland, director of product and technology at Dalet, conveys the philosophy behind this innovation: "What we present is not just another tool or chatbot with AI. It is intelligence that transcends an assistant; a transformative leap that unifies the entire Dalet ecosystem under a single interface. With this launch, media professionals can reimagine the way they work, taking advantage of the full potential of our platform through a conversation with a trusted assistant."

Based on the API Dalet's open core, the interface sits above all Dalet wallet apps, offering a single conversational entry point to powerful functions. Users can ask the agent to locate assets, create collections of titles based on the rights status, activate review workflows o programs at live intake, and the system will execute these tasks beginning to end.

Unlike generic chatbots, Dalet's conversational AI interface and agents are “media aware” – are trained on the company's own media and orchestration engine, not customer data. This allows users interact safely with a wide range of media types directly within the chat.

Training and media analysis are performed within the central platform, providing full control over the engines that access customer content. Dalet AI Agents Know How Search, trim, transcode and package content without users having to leave the chat. This approach improves traditional user interfaces for many everyday tasks, allowing users to perform complex operations with ease.

Among the novelties that Dalet has presented in IBC 2025 They also highlight a new browser-based ingestion portal, which centralizes and simplifies content acquisition, or the new “Secure Share” function of Dalet Flex, which allows teams to collaborate across company boundaries while maintaining full control over assets.
