Alpha TV completely renews its lighting system with 650 Cosmolight luminaires

The LED lighting provided by the solutions Cosmolight marks the new stage of the Greek television network Alpha TV, which has undertaken an ambitious project to improve the quality of productions on its six sets.

Born in 1993, Alpha currently stands as one of the largest private television operators in Greece. The network, with national coverage, is known for having some of the biggest names in Greek television and for broadcasting some of the most popular television formats in the country.

Alpha's production facilities are located in Athens and include six studies from which live entertainment programs, news programs, Greek dramas and internationally successful films and television series are broadcast. Recently, the chain's technical management decided undertake the transition of one traditional halogen configuration to the Cosmolight LED systems.

The project, carried out through the Greek distributor Telmaco, consisted of the installation of a total of 650 luminarias Quartzcolor Studio LED X6 Plus 300W. The system, now at full capacity, optimizes the efficiency of Alpha's workflow, improves its day-to-day reliability and significantly reduces the chain's operating and maintenance costs.
