Raúl Berdonés (Secuoya), Gold Medal of Granada for his contribution to the cultural development of the city

At the institutional ceremony for the Presentation of Honors and Distinctions of the Granada City Council, Raúl Berdonés, executive president of Secuoya Content Group, has received the highest distinction granted by the city: the Gold Medal of the City of Granada, a recognition that values ​​the contribution of people and entities to the cultural, social and human development of the city.

During his acceptance speech, Berdonés He spoke on behalf of all the distinguished people and entities, underlining the collective nature of the honors awarded. “Receiving these distinctions is a shared honor, which makes us feel deeply grateful,” he stated, highlighting the responsibility and commitment that these recognitions entail with Granada, its history, its present and its future.

From the beginning of his speech, the president of Secuoya Content Group pointed out that the Gold medal does not respond to an individual achievement, but to constructed trajectories from shared effort, values ​​and vocation to service, reaffirming its determination to continue actively contributing to the cultural, social and creative development of Granada.

Berdonés defined Granada in his intervention as a authentic school of life. “Granada cannot be explained: it is lived with its own accent and deep roots,” he said, alluding to an identity that is inherited in the family, on the street and in daily coexistence. Likewise, he recalled that it was from the city where he promoted the business project that today is Secuoya Content Group, an international company with a presence on three continents, headquarters in a dozen countries, more than 2,000 workers and nearly 12,000 collaborators, which maintains the city as its origin and headquarters.

“My city continues to be my home, the place that gives me peace and that always reminds me of where I come from,” he stated, underlining a form of leadership based on respect, participation, autonomy and shared work.
