Fritz Heinzle, new vice president of sales at Panavision

As Vice President of Sales, Fritz Heinzle will focus on driving new business opportunities in Panavision, as well as strengthening relationships with the brand's global client portfolio.

Fritz You will work under the supervision of the Director of Revenue, Sherri Potter, from Panavision's headquarters in Woodland Hills, where he will support sales initiatives around the world. Although he will supervise the brand's cameras and lenses area, he will especially focus on the development of “new opportunities"In addition, it will collaborate closely with the rental equipment of Panavision to establish new customer relationships.

Heinzle brings more than three decades of experience in the sector to his new position. Born in Austria, he studied automotive engineering before making the jump to the film industry as a camera technician on film sets. In 1996, he took his practical problem-solving skills and passion for technical precision to Hollywood, joining Otto Nemenz International as a camera technician. In his almost 30 years at Otto Nemenz, Heinzle became executive vice president of the company.

Heinzle, a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and an associate member of the American Society of Cinematographers, shares his excitement about joining Panavision: "I am delighted to join the Panavision team, whom I have known, respected and considered colleagues throughout my career.
