LG Electronics has presented its new series of LG PS8000 plasmas in 50” and 60”. This new series has Full HD 1,080p plasma panels with 600Hz technology, integrates a high-definition DTT tuner and for the first time has Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to share and play files from a laptop or mobile phone.
The LG PS8000 Full HD 1080p series incorporates a high definition digital tuner, with MPEG4 decoder, and has a design that is as innovative as it is sophisticated. It offers exceptional image quality in a frame-free format. Its ultra-bright Full HD 1,080p panel guarantees sharper and more realistic images while avoiding reflections and offering deeper black levels and more vivid colors thanks to its 2,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. It also incorporates 600Hz Max Sub-field Driving technology that makes it possible to enjoy sports, games or action movies with high-precision images, eliminating the feeling of blur, as it provides a response time of only 0.001 ms. In addition, LG's exclusive Dual XD Engine dual-core image processor increases the performance of the image enhancement technology it incorporates and enhances viewing with its AV modalities, allowing you to select the optimal image mode for each scene.
The LG PS8000 series is THX Display certified and has a single 2.5 mm thick panel that occupies the entire screen, eliminating the traditional frame and integrating into any environment and decoration.
