The online video platform will broadcast clips from movies, television shows, including spots on CNN and Cartoon Network, and other news spots.

YouTubeYouTube and Time Warner have sealed peace with an agreement that will allow both companies to partner in the distribution of online content. Thanks to the agreement reached between both companies, YouTube will broadcast various TimeWarner content such as movie clips, series or a selection of its CNN and Cartoon Network channels. Time Warner CEO Jeff Bewkes has stated that this collaboration “is an opportunity to expand” the company's catalog through the web.
Last November, YouTube already reached an agreement with Metro-Goldwyn Mayer, similar to the one it also reached in March of this year with the American network ABC. However, not all broadcasters shared the idea of finding an ally in YouTube, since other communication groups such as Mediaset or the Spanish Telecinco have sued the platform for broadcasting their spaces.
