Globomedia restructures its management leadership

Daniel Écija has assumed the executive presidency of Grupo Globomedia, within the framework of a reorganization of the company that seeks to adapt the management structure to the increasingly complex audiovisual market. The result of this reorganization is the creation of an artistic direction, headed by Luis San Narciso, until now the group's casting director. San Narciso expands its powers to also coordinate the art and decoration, styling and graphic image departments. The new executive president of Grupo Globomedia, who will also be the executive president of the group's main company, the production company Globomedia, expands his functions in the content area, with not only the Fiction Department but also the Programs Department coming under his direct responsibility.

The Board of Directors of Grupo Globomedia will be constituted with Daniel Écija, as president, and Emilio Aragón, José Miguel Contreras and Andrés Varela as advisory partners. The four founders of Globomedia are also advisory partners of Imagina Media Audiovisual, a holding company born in 2006 from the integration of Globomedia and Mediapro.
