Wisycom renews its management leadership

The Italian company Wisycom begins a management transition with the appointment of Davide Morsiani as chief executive officer (CEO) and Gerrit Buhe as chief technology officer (CTO), while Andrea Bulfon will remain as chief operating officer (COO) and Marika Stangherlin has been promoted to chief sales officer (CSO).

These changes represent a natural step in a business development plan that began in 2022 with the objective of optimize operations and prepare Wisycom for future growth in a constantly evolving global market.

As part of the transition, the founders of Wisycom, Massimo Polo and Enzo Frigo have left their positions as CEO and CTO, respectively. His work laid the foundations of a company recognized for its innovation, quality and customer service. Thanks to Wisycom's contributions to the industry, which span numerous in-ear monitoring solutions, wireless microphones and RF over fiber, the brand is present in some of the most demanding installations and events in the world. “Wisycom has grown enormously in recent years, which has highlighted the need for a more complete business structure to continue meeting the commitments made to the sectors we serve,” says Morsiani.

David Morsiani, who has worked at Wisycom since June 2023, now assumes the position of CEO. With extensive experience in multiple operational roles across diverse sectors, including manufacturing and supply chain operations, Morsiani has the visionary leadership and organizational vision necessary to take Wisycom to the next level.

As technical director, Gerrit Buhe has more than three decades of expertise in wireless and RF technology, including 20 years of research and development of professional audio products. This track record fits perfectly with Wisycom's identity as a highly professional partner in the pro audio industry, and its capabilities will directly benefit the expansion of the brand's product portfolio.

Confirmed as COO in February 2021, Andrea Bulfon has an exceptional track record in all operational processes, including manufacturing, purchasing, logistics and quality control. In addition to professional audio and RF development, Bulfon's 35 years of experience spans printed circuit board production, electronic engineering and medical devices.

A dedicated sales professional, Wisycom's new sales director, Mark Stangherlin, joined the company in January 2017 and most recently served as director of global sales. Its long-lasting and trusting relationships with all Wisycom's commercial partners and distributors are fundamental for the future of the brand, which will be one of the main objectives in this new stage of Wisycom.
