The Basque regional premieres the sixth season of this survival reality show produced by Promofilm, a subsidiary of Imagina, in Patagonia under very harsh filming conditions.

ETB 2 premiered last Sunday The Conqueror of the End of the World, a competition and elimination reality show produced by Promofilm that pits its 21 participants against very tough tests and extreme survival situations in Patagonia. The reality show presented by Julian Iantzi, which premiered on the first day of broadcast, had a 24.5% audience share and an average of 232,000 viewers. There were also 412,000 people who connected with the program at some point.

In the first chapter, some of the keys to the program have been revealed: who is the mysterious captain, who are the 21 participants, why are there 11 boys and 10 girls, what is the dynamic of the expulsions and who are the emblematic characters who are yet to arrive. Among the contestants there is a Dominican, an Estonian, a Chinese who lives in Getxo and a former professional cyclist from the Euskaltel team.

The adventurers have had to adapt to the harshness of a new 160 square meter camp and under the tutelage of a demanding iron sergeant who will make their stay in Patagonia a true nightmare.

Recently, Promofilm has completed filming the first season of The Conqueror of the End of the World for the Greek television network Mega TV, where it will premiere next February. Since the creation of the format, the Imagina group company based in Argentina has filmed an international version for five countries on the American continent (Mexico, Venezuela, Ecuador, Chile and the USA), 6 versions for Euskal Televista, and a version for Canal 13/Artear in Argentina.
