Latest 3D projection technology from NEC at ISE 2010
This year at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), NEC Display Solutions presents important innovations such as the latest 3D projection technology combined with the unique 20,000 ANSI lumens projector stacking solution.
NEC Display Solutions has presented the NP3250 at ISE. The main novelty is that up to four of these units can be combined to form a global projection with impressive brightness and quality. NEC is also using these stacked models to present a 3D solution. Thanks to a very quick automatic installation, this solution offers a fantastic three-dimensional image for stereoscopic projections.
With the P701 and its intelligent brightness control, NEC offers a solution designed especially for digital signage, conference or control rooms. Additionally, the company has unveiled entry-level digital signage monitors ranging from the V series to the recently redesigned Multeos M401 and M461. Both series come with forward-looking LAN control instead of RS232 which means more flexibility and intuitiveness.
It should be noted that the NEC stand is dominated by a video wall with 4 x 4 MultiSync X461UN screens as well as the Pervasive Display Networks (PDN) research project. This solution uses sensors to adapt content to the situation around networked screens in real time. For example, the screen changes advertising content automatically when different people and target groups pass by it and displays personalized content.
The NEC X431BT is a truly unique and special digital signage product. The so-called BarType display is designed for places where space is limited and where until now digital signage could not be placed, for example, on shelves, shop windows or pillars. Another strong point of NEC is the presentation of its future LED display solutions. With them, NEC satisfies customer needs in terms of mixed LCD and LED application and completes its range of professional and retail digital signage solutions.
