Telson post-produces ‘The Blue Skin’ for BocaBoca and Antena 3
BocaBoca and Televisa entrust Telson with the post-production of 'The Blue Skin', a TV movie with José David Montero in charge of the photography shot in 16mm and digitized to HD that will be broadcast by Antena 3.
BocaBoca together with Televisa have trusted Telson for the post-production of the thriller The blue skin, which will consist of only two chapters and will be broadcast soon on Antena 3. Shot in 16mm, this TV movie began its journey last summer in numerous locations in Alicante and on the sets of the City of Light
Telson has participated in the entire post-production process, from HD digitization to the laborious color correction process, since 90% of the plot takes place on the high seas and in quite adverse weather conditions. With cutting-edge technology, the Vértice 360º Group company has been able to correct the light changes a posteriori, giving a unity to the entire film without losing the 16 mm texture that José David Montero, director of photography for the TV movie, was looking for, and together with Ximo Michavila, colorist at Telson, they have managed to convert daylight into an American night with which both have been very satisfied.
In Telson's Smoke room, shaping effects have been added: chronos, time warps, dynamic reframing, morph... and tricks performed in Shake such as erasing ropes, erasing a ship on the horizon, recreating the catch of diving goggles or a camera viewfinder.
Finally, Telson has also designed the header and the reel, using a water animation for the title, very consistent with the environment where this story of survival to the limit takes place.
