Telecinco warms up for high definition
With absolute silence, and in the middle of Holy Week, Telecinco has begun, in collaboration with Abertis Telecom, high definition broadcast tests in Madrid and Barcelona. On the other hand, the private channel already offers its news in panoramic format.
In recent days, and coinciding with the blackout and days of low activity such as Easter, Telecinco has been carrying out high definition broadcast tests from the Abertis network. Although the Fuencarral network maintains absolute silence regarding these HD tests, what is evident is its interest in broadcasting in this format once it adds the spectral capacity of the Cuatro and Telecinco multiplexes starting in the summer. The tests carried out in MPEG-4 consisted of a loop in which the TV movie was broadcast The anger.
