The Swedish broadcaster SVT has already revealed some details of the stage it has deployed at the Malmö Arena, headquarters of the Eurovision Song Contest, which will celebrate its finale on May 18.

A team of 250 professionals are working tirelessly these days to put the finishing touches to a stage in which they have invested three weeks and which has been divided into three areas: the main stage, the catwalk that will be used by singers and presenters, and an additional circular set.

To fill the Malmö Arena stage with light, 1,283 fixed luminaires and 800 robotic ones have been installed.

Para la realización, SVT, como host broadcaster del evento, empleará un total de 23 cameras cuyas señales gestionarán dos realizadores.

Para tener idea del despliegue técnico que supone este festival, reseñar que se han movilizado casi un centenar de camiones, 25 de ellos sólo para el equipamiento empleado en el escenario. Sólo en cableado se ha desplegado 40 kilómetros para señal y cámaras y 50 para suministro eléctrico.
