Harris Corporation has announced that the DISH Mexico payment operator has just implemented the Novar system for traffic management and billing in its operations center in Mexico City.

The complete Novar solution in DISH Mexico includes the integration of the Novar Program Plus America service a programming service with metadata already included as the programs titles, descriptions and commercial interruption formats along the grill. When using this service, Dish Mexico saves hours by not having to recreate the detailed information in the programming.
