Dish México increases its efficiency with the Novar traffic and billing system
Novar's product suite offers a comprehensive set of tools that allow multi-channel operators to schedule and insert advertising, reconcile customer records and invoice highly efficiently without using paper at any stage of the process.
Harris Corporation has announced that payment operator Dish México has just implemented the Novar system for traffic management and billing in its operations center in Mexico City.
Novar's product suite offers a comprehensive set of tools that allow multi-channel operators to schedule and insert advertising, reconcile customer records and invoice highly efficiently without using paper at any stage of the process.
Eduardo Peniche, commercial director at Dish México, has recognized that "Novar has automated our previous manual traffic system, improving the control of our operations and the provision of commercial services quickly and accurately for our clients' insertions. Maximizing revenue is one of our fundamental objectives, and the Novar system helps achieve this by allowing us to closely and effectively monitor and manage the status of inventory and its availability."
The complete Novar solution at Dish Mexico includes the integration of the Novar Program Plus Latin America service, a programming service with metadata already included such as program titles, descriptions and interruption commercial formats throughout the grid. By using this service, Dish México saves hours by not having to recreate detailed information in the programming.
