Eurocom Broadcast has just delivered to the Panama Public Canal a high definition virtual studio equipped with four cameras. This integrator has been responsible for supplying all the equipment, engineering and installation of a project that will allow the Panamanian public channel to offer a great diversity of high-quality content with the flexibility offered by the use of virtual spaces.
Among the different integrated solutions, the Orad XYNC virtual system stands out, one of the most powerful on the market based on infrared. It is also worth highlighting a new 3D play branding system from this Israeli company, which allows for high-quality, real-time graphics.
The studio has been equipped with four LDK 3000 cameras and a Kayak DD2 mixer from Grass Valley as well as all the necessary glue equipment also from the same manufacturer. The equipment has been completed with a Tascam DM 4800 digital audio table, two HD multi-screen systems for monitoring video signals, 64×64 HD matrices, technical furniture, lighting equipment, crane and pedestals, among others.
With an investment of 1.2 million euros, this commitment will allow the channel a new digital production in HD, improving the quality and dynamism of its production content.
