'Three meters above the sky' exceeds one million viewers
In just two weeks in theaters, 'Three Meters Above Heaven', the film directed by Fernando González Molina based on the novel by Federico Moccia and starring Mario Casas and María Valverde, has surpassed one million viewers, and more than seven million euros, making it the highest-grossing Spanish film of 2010, practically on par with 'Julia's Eyes'. It has even surpassed the other films on display, following it closely The Chronicles of Narnia 3, which it surpasses by more than 30,000 viewers.

In these two weeks the film produced by Zeta Audiovisual, Antena 3 Films, Cangrejo and Globomedia and distributed by Warner Bros. has surpassed the other films on display, following it closely The Chronicles of Narnia 3, which it surpasses by more than 30,000 viewers.
The success of Three Meters Above the Sky has crossed the cinema screens and has become an online phenomenon. The Tuenti and Facebook film pages with more than 100,000 and 50,000 members respectively, are two of the most active and successful Spanish pages on social networks. The film's original songs have accumulated more than 500,000 downloads and the music video for At sky level another 200,000 downloads.
