Doble Filo expands its team with two new signings
Darío Madrona ('The Protected') and Natxo López ('Hispania', '7 Vidas') join the new production company of the Secuoya group as creatives and scriptwriters.
Doble Filo, the production company specializing in fiction from Grupo Secuoya, has hired two leading professionals for its content department: Darío Madrona and Natxo López, both with extensive experience in creating successful series in Spain.
Both Madrona and López have joined the content department led by Mariano Baselga, executive producer of Doble Filo, to develop new series and TV movies, as well as to adapt the production company's international formats.
Natxo López has been script coordinator and screenwriter for series such as Spain (Antenna 3), The Mata family (Antenna 3) or Divine (Antenna 3). He has also been a scriptwriter for Great Reserve (TVE1) and head of the scriptwriting team 7 Lives.
Darío Madrona is one of the creators and script coordinators of the series. The Protected, another of Antena 3's latest hits. He has also been coordinator of the adaptation of the series Yesterday's Girl and has participated in the creation of Accused for Telecinco and, previously, he was script coordinator for Genesis, in the mind of the murderer for Four. Madrona comes from the production company Ida y Volver.
Doble Filo, whose general director is Amparo Miralles, intends to benefit from the strong positioning and commercial capacity of Secuoya and its group of companies in the Spanish market and its experience in technical series production, thereby ensuring quality and production costs for both the national and international markets.
