LAG, the first online location search engine in Galicia

Production companies will have a simple tool to locate filming in Galicia. Localizations Audiovisuales de Galicia will also offer production companies scouting services and production management services.

The new locations and production services agency Locations Audiovisuales de Galicia (LAG), with offices in A Coruña and Vigo, will have the first portal with a complete database of online locations throughout Galicia.

With this initiative, LAG seeks to create value in the Galician audiovisual sector, offering a simple and practical tool that will benefit production companies that have projects in the pre-production phase and publicizing the attractive artistic and natural heritage that Galicia enjoys, with the aim of attracting more national productions to the northwest of the peninsula.

Audiovisual Locations of Galicia has chosen to implement in the Galician community a formula that has worked in other regions of Spain and abroad, and that will facilitate the presence in images of Galicia in the rest of the national territory.

To this end, LAG has started a campaign to add to its database properties and land located in Galician territory from individuals willing to rent their properties to be used as a setting for filming, television and advertising.

The partners of Localizations Audiovisuales de Galicia have ten years of experience in the sector and have worked localizing and in the production department of some of the most important films in Galician cinema of the last decade.
