Ross Video announces that it will now offer its CrossOver 12 and CrossOver 16 compact production mixers at a significant price reduction.

The CrossOver family of mixers features a dozen external multi-definition SDI inputs (SD and HD), ten multi-display inputs, six internally generated sources, three keyers and 2 2D DVEs. They also have frame synchronization for unlimited input sources, internal SD to HD conversion, four media storage services for images and animations, an excellent chroma keyer and an internal reference generator with three independent outputs. In addition, it has a hundred event memory with MemoryAI and a direct interface for 2D/3D graphics generated with Xpression.

Nigel Spratling, Product Marketing Manager at the Canadian company, said: "The CrossOver product line has seen a significant increase in sales this year and, as a result, we are able to take advantage of the best component prices from our suppliers. The CrossOver range has always been very well priced, but recent component price reductions have had a significant impact on overall costs. At Ross we follow a fair pricing policy, so rather than taking the extra margin from these reductions entail, we choose to pass those savings on to our customers.”
