Xpertia Oxserver: DTT emissions control network service

Xpertia Solutions has presented this Thursday at Broadcast IT 2011 its new DTT broadcast control network service. This service allows content providers, broadcasters, network operators, regulators and other market players to have clear and direct information on the correct broadcast of television content.
This system is based on the premise that the emission, even if it is the same, the final reception quality in different locations is very different, so it is necessary to know the real status of the emission and reception in a specific coverage area. Given the inability to control remote broadcasts and the need to save travel costs, Oxserver allows you to monitor, ensure correct operation in any location and remotely record content. At an institutional level, the system allows you to verify compliance with the law or compatibility with different technical standards, creating incident reports.
Oxserver is an Xpertia solution that does not require investment in infrastructure, being configured as a payment for service. Furthermore, a single infrastructure provides service to multiple simultaneous users.
At this time, Xpertia has remote probes to monitor signals in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia, with another four scheduled to come into operation before the end of the year. The system allows the analysis and monitoring of emissions in DVB-T and IP, as well as ISDB-T or ATSC.
