Alyoum TV, a new Kuwaiti channel with VSN technology

The new Kuwaiti news channel, Aloyoum TV, has selected the VSN company for the complete deployment of a 100% Tapless system, which includes solutions for the production of informative, automation of the emission, graphics, legal copy and intake and content management.

The new Kuwaiti Aloyoum TV channel has selected the technology VSN for the deployment of a 100% paperless complete Broadcast system. With an initial template of one hundred people, the channel has specialized in the production of informatives, mainly spreading local news and general information about Kuwait.

Alyoum TV produces four daily informatives, among other debate and gatherings programs.

The installation includes a VSNNews news production system with fifteen writing stalls, three non -linear editing cabins (NLE) and a VSNPROMPTER teleprompter. Alyoum TV personnel use the journalistic installation in two daily shifts. Content intake is carried out with the VSNAUTITOREC solution, which includes a powerful intake programmer for frequent and specific captures. The issuance and automation of continuity is managed by the VSNMATIC multiformate playout and server, which has been integrated with the VSNCG titration system. A VSNLEGALREC legal copy system is added to the installation. The channel, which has opted for a powerful brand image, makes use of advanced graphics thanks to the VSNCG+solution, which in its latest version 5.0 offers a much more powerful user interface, with search filters, unlimited possibility of undoing changes, and distribution of floating windows. The channel manages its contents with the Multiplatform tool Vsnsharer, included in the new VSN Spider architecture.

Alyoum TV, which plans to continue growing, could acquire in a second phase of the installation a complete VSNARCHIVE file system. The channel already has a news set, another sports and a third for their debate programs.
