Thoma Bravo completes the purchase of Telestream

The private investment fund Thoma Bravo has completed the acquisition of Telestream, provider of digital video transcoding solutions and media software. Castles highlighted that "this acquisition positions Telestream well to facilitate further growth of our core businesses, while providing us with additional capital to explore new markets and acquisitions. Thoma Bravo has a well-regarded reputation in the technology space, and their experience will be invaluable as we enter the next phase of our growth and market leadership."
