VSN hires Carles Rams as Director of Technology and Professional Services

Coming from LaSexta, at VSN he will direct the projects department, coordinating, among others, the consulting work for the implementation of VSN's new Spider application platform.

VSN has just hired Carles Rams as director of Technology and Professional Services. Rams joins the company from LaSexta, where he was technical and operational manager for Barcelona. At VSN he will direct the projects department, coordinating, among others, the consulting work for the implementation of VSN's new Spider application platform, recently presented at the NAB fair.

Carles Rams has a degree in Business Sciences and has more than 20 years of experience in the audiovisual and broadcast sector. His professional career has included TV3, Canal Barça and the Mediapro group (with specific projects for Belgacom, LaSexta and Gol Televisión). In 2006 he joined Sexta as technical and operational manager of Barcelona, ​​where he led projects such as the launches of Sexta 3 and Sexta HD. It is in this chain where he established himself as a specialist in MAM systems and in the automation of television business processes with workflows orchestrated by a BPM.
