Carmina or burst, Paco León's first experience as a film director, starring Carmina Barrios and María León, will be released on July 5 simultaneously on the Internet, in movie theaters and on DVD.

Paco León has decided to offer the public all the diversity of viewing platforms and thus give everyone the opportunity to choose the format that they like the most or that best suits their pocketbook or availability, without taking away options from any potential viewer.

The film, winner of three awards at the recent Malaga Festival (Best Actress, Audience Award and Special Jury Mention) will be distributed online through IP platforms (both on fimin.es and on Itunes, Google Play, Sony PS3, Ono, Imagenio, Boquo and Canal+ Yomvi, among others), on DVD with Cameo and in theaters through Jaleo Films.

Carmina or burst, halfway between documentary and drama, is the original portrait of a 58-year-old woman who runs a shop in Seville. After suffering several robberies, he invents an original way to recover the money to help his family move forward. While he waits for the outcome of his plan, he reflects in the kitchen of his house about his life, work and miracles...
