AEQ presents its Grand Forum digital console
Following the successful launch of the Forum console, AEQ now includes the option of a 16 or 20 fader control surface, perfect especially for medium or even large sized television or radio station applications.
Given the success obtained with the Forum digital console presented in March 2011 and based on the numerous comments received from customers and distributors worldwide, AEQ has developed the new Grand Forum console.
This table is an evolution of the Forum console, maintaining all the features but including the option of a 16 or 20 fader control surface, perfect especially for medium or even large sized television applications or radio stations.
AEQ Grand Forum is a digital audio mixing console for radio and television, specially designed for the control of ON AIR emissions and adaptable to different work situations. It incorporates all the basic features necessary in this type of environment: automatic monitor cut-off, cough cut-off, faderstart, signaling control, control signals for the automation of external equipment, management of external communications, intercommunication,...
Thanks to its modular design, it adapts perfectly to different scenarios: self-control, studio control, television production controls, sound production, mixed configurations, integration in large installations,...
One of the main qualities of AEQ Forum is the extensive internal routing space available: 64 inputs/outputs for analogue, digital or microphone audio signals, and another 64 audio input/output signals over a multi-channel MADI link. Simplicity and control power are combined in AEQ Grand Forum to cover both the most basic and advanced operating needs.
With the launch of the Grand Forum (16 or 20 faders), AEQ completes its family of digital consoles, also composed of the Forum (4, 8 or 12 faders) and Arena (from 5 to 75 motorized faders).
