Saudi Arabia closes a contract of more than 4.3 million pounds with Vitec

First Gulf Company is carrying out the supply and installation of two of the Ministry of Culture and Information's new studios with a complete high definition equipment solution.

Vitec Group has closed an important contract with the Ministry of Culture and Information (MOCI) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Estimated to be worth more than £4.3 million, it is part of a contract awarded to First Gulf Company to implement the next generation television and media sharing network in Saudi Arabia.

First Gulf Company está llevando a cabo el suministro e instalación de dos de los nuevos estudios de MOCI con una solución completa de equipamiento para alta definición. En este caso, Vitec está suministrando equipamiento de sus marcas Litepanels, Sachtler y Vinten.

Los dos estudios, denominados B y E, suponen un importante paso en la migración a la alta definición que está llevando a cabo Arabia Saudí.

En el Estudio E se ha instalado numerosos equipos Vinten, entre ellos seis pedestales Vinten Quartz Two diseñados para ofrecer un reposicionamiento preciso desde el control, y seis cabezas (dos Vector 430 y cuatro Vision 250 con tecnología Perfect Balance y Smooth TF Drag).

For its part, Studio B is being equipped with several Sachtler pedestals and heads (Sachtler Video 60 Plus Studio, Video 25 Plus FB, Vario Pedestal 2-75…). Additionally, the studio has LED lighting from Litepanels, including 15 Litepanels 1X1 Flood LED daylight with 15 Litepanels 1×1 Spot LED.
