TSL splits its business into two separate companies
Although until now both areas operated independently, obtaining excellent results, from now on they will operate as two separate companies as an integrator and manufacturer of audio and tally solutions.
The British TSL has reorganized its business into two companies that will now operate under the name TSL (Television Systems Limited) to provide integration services and TSL Professional Products, as a manufacturer of audio monitoring equipment, tally systems and energy management solutions.
Although until now both areas operated independently, obtaining excellent results, from now on they will operate as two separate companies.
The president of TSL and co-founder of both companies, David MacGregor, will now play a background role in day-to-day operations by assuming the presidency of Television Systems Holdings.
For TSL Professional products, Dyster Martin and Terry Boon have been appointed as Directors, reporting directly to Chris Exelby, as Managing Director.
TSL Professional Products for more than two decades has benefited from TSL's international integration experience offering a wide range of high quality products that meet the needs of today's broadcasters. Now that it has a completely independent legal structure with its own board of directors, its own facilities, its own operating procedures, as well as ISO9001 certification, it will see its position in the market increase by expanding its product line and its investments in R&D.
For its part, TSL as an integrator with 26 years of experience, will strengthen its position helping broadcasters achieve their technical and commercial objectives, whether in storage, IT, archive, MAM, high definition, multi-channel audio or file-based workflows.
By not having exclusivity contracts with any particular manufacturer, TSL has the freedom to use any technological combination to achieve the results that its clients require.
