Together with Nativapro Cinematographic and Idem (Chile) with contributions from the Venezuelan National Autonomous Cinematography Center (CNAC) and the Villa del Cine, Mediax enters fully into film production.

Starting in April 2013 it will be in Venezuelan cinemas Two of Clubs, a feature film for family audiences that marks the Venezuelan's first foray Mediax, Media People, in the field of film production.

Eduardo Caballero, president of Mediax, explained that this is a co-production together with Nativapro Cinematografía and Idem (Chile) with contributions from the Venezuelan National Autonomous Cinematography Center (CNAC) and the Villa del Cine. “At the moment we are in the post-production phase and we already have a signed agreement with Cines Unidos for its national distribution,” he explained.

Two of Clubs It is a youthful story, very fresh, full of fantasy and fun for the whole family, which tells of the meeting between an illusionist and a child, and how magic changes their lives forever. The cast is made up of prominent Venezuelan actors Elba Escobar, Daniela Bascopé, Gavo Figueira, Chantal Baudaux and the child Rosmel Bustamante. The script is original by Jessica Wenzelmann, the direction is by Orlando Rosales together with Jessica Wenzelmann herself, while Alexandra Solorzano and Carlos Hulett, one of our partners at Mediax, are in charge of executive production,” Caballero explained.

In addition to the start of Two of Clubs, éste ha sido un año muy satisfactorio para Mediax.
