Vizrt and Mosart They have closed a world agreement to provide a joint automation system for television writings.

Mosart is the writing automation system used on several European broadcasters. The software -based automation system offers an effective workflow for the control of complex productions, rich in content with a single operator. Thanks to a client/server platform environment, Mosart requires little infrastructure for the creation of fully automated news.

In combination with the Vizrt graphics from end to end and its advanced video workflow, the MOSART automation system is emerging as a complete package for the entire workflow throughout the news production process until its emission. With Viz Engine added to Mosart production, Broadcasters will be able to create a complete presentation with advanced graphics and video reproduction in a light and profitable solution.

John Kjellevold, CEO of Mosart, stressed that “our goal has been that automation systems such as Mosart are a natural part of the update gallery in the future. Soon, we will be able to satisfy an even greater part of the workflow from the tools of the writing system. Broadcasters need to improve quality, reduce costs and simplify the work in the writing. Vizrt will allow these types of solutions. ”

For his part, Petter Ole Jakobsen, director of Vizrt technology, added that “this agreement represents an important change in how the Broadcatsers will carry out control of their news issuance. By adding the real -time composition functions that Viz offers the MOSArt automation system, any operator can handle the most complex transitions and study effects from a single interface”.
