Atresmedia is committed to young creators broadcasting their television projects

In a joint initiative with the Academy of TV, the Atresmedia Televisión and Atresmedia Digital channels will give their space to the creativity of young talents.

Atresmedia, in a pioneer initiative in the audiovisual sector, has joined the Academy of Sciences and Television Arts to offer an opportunity to young creators and who can watch their projects broadcast on television. Thus, he launches the I Young Creators Contest with the aim of giving their space, both on television and on its web pages, so that the creativity of young talents see the light.

Through this contest, young people will have a launch platform for their projects. Atresmedia has seven open television channels that make up Atresmedia Televisión (Antena 3, Lasexta, Neox, Nova, Nitro, Lasxta3, Xplara), in addition to the media of Atresmedia Digital, among which are the official websites of Antena 3 and Lasexta, which can house the contents.

The I Contest of Young Creators promoted by Atresmedia will receive the work until January 31, 2014. The call is open for the youth of our country under 35 years of age, who can present their projects today. The works will be presented already produced and finished and they will be original ideas of television projects of any genre: entertainment, fiction, news, documentaries ... The duration of the creations can reach, at most, the 30 minutes.

Participants can register in this web and attach the video of his audiovisual work.

From February 7 to March 7, 2014, the works that exceed the criteria of quality, creativity and necessary technical requirements will be published in the aforementioned Site and the vote by Internet users will be voted.

Among the 10 most voted by Internet users, a jury of experts composed of Atresmedia professionals from different areas will determine which are the three winners. The final prize of the I Young Creators Contest will be the issuance of these three works in an Atresmedia Televisión channel.

Impulse of the audiovisual industry

The implementation of the I Young Creators Contest is born to respond to one of the demands expressed by the Academy of Sciences and Television Arts in support of the new creators. Through its president, Manuel Campo Vidal, the Academy of TV has called all televisions to open spaces in their grills for new creators.

Atresmedia has been the first to attend to this proposal and has already promised to give up its space, both television and digital, in order to offer new talents an opportunity and value its creative capacity.
