MOG Technologies has closed an alliance with Unlimi-Tech Software, creator of FileCatalyst and specialized in both centralized ingestion solutions and MXF development tools. FileCatalyst has positioned itself as one of the reference solutions for accelerated file transfer.
For more than a decade, MOG has provided IT solutions to all types of broadcasters that have allowed them to increase the overall performance of workflows and facilitate migration to file-based environments by guaranteeing high interoperability between systems and formats.
With its MXFSpeedrail product line, MOG offers production companies, post-production companies and broadcasters a file-based solution that integrates the essential components of the creation process into a single, unified platform, saving costs and reducing production time.
In today's television and post-production environments, there is a need to constantly manage large numbers of files between different work groups, sometimes separated by thousands of miles. Fast and reliable file delivery is crucial for these workflows, so MOG will address its customer needs by incorporating FileCatalyst's acceleration capabilities applied to MXFSpeedrail file-based workflows.
