Telson agrees with the staff on a salary reduction, agreed layoffs and an ERTE
The ERTE for the next two years will affect the entire workforce, and will be set at 35 days per year per worker.
The management of Telson, a Tres60 Group company, has closed an important labor agreement with the company's union representatives that contemplates a salary reduction, ten agreed layoffs and an ERTE for the next two years that will affect the entire workforce, set at 35 days per year per worker.
In a statement, Tres60 Grupo and Telson thanked “the works council and the company's professionals for the professionalism, commitment and responsibility shown in the conversations carried out to reach an agreement considered satisfactory for both parties.”
“The signed agreement represents a notable cost reduction for the company and guarantees its strength to continue undertaking new challenges in the audiovisual market2,” Tres60 assures.
