Wisi solutions distribute television signals at Sochi 2014

Wisi Communications, compañía alemana especializada en soluciones de recepción y distribución, está participando activamente en los Juegos Olímpicos de Invierno Sochi 2014. Wisi ha proporcionado componentes y sistemas para la implementación y operación de los sistemas de recepción de televisión en circuito cerrado a un importante número de recintos como el Estadio Olímpico Fisht, Bolshoy Ice Dome, Adler Arena Scating Center, Iceberg Arena y el Schayba Arena.
Each of these spaces is equipped with its own television reception system to send images of the different competition venues to the organization, athletes, press and visitors.
WISI technology receives video signals transmitted via satellite, DTT and IP infrastructures, processing and distributing them to hundreds of monitors located in the respective areas.
Among other systems, the Wisi Topline, Stream Line, Value Line and Chameleon headends have been implemented. For its part, the RF distribution network is based on VX24 high-performance amplifiers.
